Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. At Ambey Connect, we offer a straightforward cancellation process to ensure a hassle-free experience.
1. Order Cancellation by Customer
You may cancel your order under the following conditions:
- Cancellation requests must be made before the order is shipped
- To cancel, go to My Account → Orders and select “Cancel Order”, or contact us at support@ambeyconnect.com
- Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled — you may initiate a return after delivery
2. Cancellation After Shipment
If your order has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible. In such cases:
- You may refuse delivery at the door
- Or, return the product after delivery as per our Return & Refund Policy
3. Refund on Cancellation
If your cancellation request is approved:
- For prepaid orders: A full refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days to your original payment method
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: No payment was made, so no refund is applicable
4. Cancellation by Ambey Connect
We reserve the right to cancel orders in the following situations:
- Product is out of stock or unavailable
- Payment verification fails
- Suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected
- Incorrect pricing due to technical error
In such cases, you will be notified immediately and a full refund will be processed.
