All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

• Free Shipping on orders above ₹999
• A flat shipping fee of ₹49 applies on orders below ₹999
• Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for additional charges

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can track your order on our website under My Account → Orders or directly on the courier’s website.

6. Undeliverable Orders

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept, we will contact you to reship the order. Additional shipping charges may apply.
