We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase at Ambey Connect. If you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
You may return a product within 7 days of delivery, provided:
- The item is unused and in its original packaging
- All accessories, manuals, and tags are intact
- The product is not damaged due to misuse or physical damage
- Proof of purchase (order ID or invoice) is provided
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Products damaged after delivery due to customer mishandling
- Items marked as “non-returnable” on the product page
- Digital goods or software licenses
3. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Email us at support@ambeyconnect.com with your order ID and reason for return
- Our team will review and approve your return request within 2 business days
- Pack the item securely and ship it to our warehouse address provided via email
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds are credited to your original payment method
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
5. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
